Whenever I listen to enthusiasts for the free market, or when I walk past a block of hideous corporate offices, or when I listen to bullish corporate types, I feel like waving the red flag and letting off a smoke-bomb in a board room.
But whenever I listen to Marxists and quasi-Marxists, I feel like shouting: "YOU go and start a business and pay proper wages and share all your profits if you think it's such a brilliant idea! What's stopping you or anyone else from doing that? And how did building a socialist society work out whenever anyone actually tried it?".
